To sell as soon as possible and divide between his 6 nephews and nieces herein named: JOHN HEBBLEWHITE now in California. SARAH ANN STOTHARD, MARY JANE wife of THOMAS DUNN late MARY JANE STOTHARD. HARRIET STOTHARD. JOSEPH PEARSON STOTHARD. GEORGE STOTHARD.
If John Hebblewhite didn't return to England within 10 years his share to be divided between the rest.

Owned by JOHN HARRISON (Died 29th November 1900) & WILLIAM BROWN (Died 8th March 1900).
Both parties left the property to JANE ANN HARRISON (Widow of Horncastle).

JANE ANN HARRISON sold the property to JOHN FREEMAN of 91 Elmfield Road DONCASTER for the sum of £235
Property described in the Schedule as: All that dwelling house with stable, granary, and other out buildings garden and orchard containing 2 rods 38 perches situated at Horsington in the county of Lincolnshire. Bounded to the North by the highway from Bucknall to Horncastle. The East and South by lands of (sic Mr) Harrison Hill and the West by the highway from Stixwould to Horncastle and now in the occupation of DAVID CURTIS.
(the money raised from the sale was used to pay off part of a £1000 mortgage taken out by John Harrison and William Brown from Robert Henry Bell late of Ranby (Farmer) now of Horncastle (Inn Keeper).

Property described as before but formally in the occupation of DAVID CURTIS and now or late in the occupation of MRS DALE. (Note. In the archives there are a collection of letters dated from January 1907 from Mrs Dale addressed from Ravenscroft, Horsington).

THOMAS GRICE of Ravenscroft Horsington (Retired Policeman) sold the property to CATHERINE SHEPHARD
wife of PERCY HERBERT SHEPHARD of 2 Homefield Avenue Scartho Road Grimsbyfor the sum of £515.
(The only alteration in the schedule is that the land to the East & South now belongs to WILLIAM HILL.

CATHERINE SHEPHARD wife of PERCY HERBERT SHEPHARD of Rockwell Lincoln Road Branston sold the property to GEORGE HENRY CREASEY of Ravenscroft Horsington (Haulage Contractor) for the sum of £750.

GEORGE HENRY CREASEY of Ravenscroft sold the property to JOHN WILLIAM BELL of 4 Stanhope Terrace Horncastle (Farmer) for the sum of £1300.
The schedule lists the House, Stable, Granary, Garage and other outbuildings garden & orchard 2 rods 38 perches. Other change to the previous schedule lists the land to the East & South as belonging to R H HILL.

JOHN WILLIAM BELL of Poolham House Horsington sold the property to JOHN GEORGE NEEDHAM, PETER WILSON NEEDHAM, RICHARD SYDNEY NEEDHAM & FRANK F. NEEDHAM, jointly known as F. NEEDHAM & SONS for the sum of £25000.
